balanced stay

friendly staff dining experiences poor lighting little space

the entrance was beautiful. friendly staff members greeted us at check-in and explained the facilities. there are different dining experiences available within the complex, so jumping in the car to drive to a restaurant wasn't necessary.

the room lacked lights in the main seating area. there was also very little space to put your clothes in, with only one side table near the bed with drawers. it was difficult to store luggage effectively.

unreliable shuttle service broken gym equipment

the advertised shuttle service proved unreliable. it often ran late and sometimes not at all (this made planning excursions difficult). the gym equipment also needs attention. several machines were out of order and i noted a general lack of maintenance.
